• Coaching services are designed to improve test performance; we cannot guarantee specific band scores or results.

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Fees and Payments

• Fees are non-refundable once the relevant service work has begun.
• Visa rejection does not entitle a client to a refund of consultancy fees, as our obligation is to provide guidance — not to guarantee an outcome.
• Any refund policy specific to a service will be confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.
